Dispute Resolution

Both you and we hereby irrevocably consent to the mandatory and exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in New York, New York with venue proper only in New York, New York. Except for the right of either party to apply to a court of competent jurisdiction for a temporary restraining order, a preliminary injunction, or other equitable relief to preserve the status quo or to prevent irreparable harm, any claim or controversy arising out of or relating in any way to your use of this website settled by binding arbitration in New York, New York or via virtual arbitration if mutually agreed by the parties and circum-stances permit.
